Diet -- Chewy Crunchy Snack Bars

  1. Measure honey and peanut butter into a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Heat in microwave for about 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in protein powder.
  4. Add the remainder of the dry ingredients mixing thoroughly.
  5. Spread into wax paper lined square baking dish.
  6. Refrigerate 20-30 minutes before cutting into 8 equal sized bars.
  7. Store in refrigerator.
