Deluxe Crackers

  1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0.
  2. Place oats in a processor container and process until fine.
  3. Add pecans and process again.
  4. Add coconut and again process to blend well.
  5. Add flour, sugar, salt, water and oil.
  6. Process on "pulse" until a dough forms.
  7. Divide dough in half.
  8. Roll each half onto a 11 x 16-inch jelly roll pan.
  9. (A straight sided glass works well as a "rolling pin.")
  10. Dough will be thin.
  11. Sprinkle with salt.
  12. Cut dough into diamonds, squares or strips before baking.
  13. Bake about 30 minutes until crisp and browned.
  14. Store airtight.
  15. Great with dips or spreads or even plain.
