Almond Pretzel Bites
- 40 Pretzels
- 40 Chocolate Caramel Candies (such As Rolo)
- 40 Blue Diamond Smokehouse Almonds
- 1/2 cups White Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place pretzels in an even layer on a large baking tray.
- Place one piece of candy on top of each pretzel.
- Bake for 23 minutes, or until chocolate starts to soften.
- Remove from oven and place one Smokehouse Almond on top of chocolate and lightly press down.
- Repeat with remaining pretzels.
- Let chocolate set for about 1020 minutes.
- After chocolate is set, microwave white chocolate chips until melted and smooth, stirring every 15 seconds.
- Drizzle white chocolate over pretzel bites.
- Let set until hardened.
- Enjoy!
