Eggs and Prawns in a Brioche

  1. - Beat the eggs and melt butter in a saucepan.
  2. Pour the eggs into the saucepan with salt and pepper.
  3. Whisk them quickly on a very low heat for a few minutes.
  4. - Remove from heat and add the sour cream, prawns and chopped dill.
  5. - Meanwhile heat the brioches in a 325 oven for 5 minutes.
  6. When done, slice off the top and and remove some of the inside.
  7. - Stuff the brioches with the egg mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
  8. Place the tops back on and serve warm.
