High Protein Pina Colada Shake

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until completely smooth.
  2. If the pineapple isnt frozen i advise adding ice cubes instead of the 1/2 cup of water!
  3. as my first attempt was quite warm and a struggle to drink!
  4. Enjoy!
