Hot Baked Potato Dip
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 1 jar (3 Oz. Jar) Real Bacon Bits (from The Salad Dressing Aisle)
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1 bunch Chives, Chopped
- Mix the cream cheese and sour cream until combined well.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients and then put it all into an oven safe dish.
- Bake at 350F for approximately 30 minutes or until warm and bubbly.
- Serve with tortilla chips or anything else that floats your boat.
