Sour cream sauce for potatoes
- 250 ml sour cream
- 1 dash lemon juice
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 tsp fish spice
- 1 tsp parsley
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Add enough lemon juice to make the sour cream softer but not very runny.
- Do a taste test to see if you want to add anything more to you liking.
- Stop taste testing (I know it's hard to resist) and serve with boiled / baked potatoes or use as a potato salad dressing.
