Tangy Tuna Curry Salad
- 14 cup low-fat yogurt
- 14 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 12 teaspoon lemon zest (use an organic lemon)
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
- 14 cup celery, chopped
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 6 ounces albacore tuna
- sea salt, to taste
- Combine salad ingredients and chill at least 30 minutes before making sandwiches or salad.
