Lasagna
- 1 can vegetarian burger
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 (1 lb.) cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 1 lb. lasagna noodles
- 24 oz. creamy small curd cottage cheese
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. shredded Mozzarella
- 1 lb. shredded Muenster
- Mix and simmer burger, garlic salt, basil, salt, stewed tomatoes and tomato paste.
- Cook noodles according to package instructions.
- Mix cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes and salt.
- Layer in a greased pan.
- Layer noodles, cottage cheese mixture, shredded cheeses and meat sauce in 3 layers.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
