Good for You Apple Crisp
- 2 granny smith apples
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 2 tablespoons Splenda granular
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter (softened)
- cooking spray
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Peel and slice apples.
- Spray a light coat of cooking spray in a square metal pan and layer the apples.
- In a seperate bowl combine oats, splenda, cinnamon and, softened butter.
- Use a fork to stir together.
- Ingredients will come together and become crumbly.
- Spoon on top of apples evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until apples become soft.
