Valentines Rum Truffle Hearts
- 3 ounces chocolate
- 1 free range egg yolk
- 12 ounce butter
- 1 teaspoon rum
- 1 teaspoon single cream
- Melt the chocolate in a bowl.
- Beat in the egg yolk, butter, rum and cream.
- Chill in the fridge until firm.
- Shape into balls and press flat with palm of hand.
- Use a heart-shaped cutter to create correct shape, placing left over edges back into main mixture.
