Tofu and Japanese Leek Soup with Grated Radish and Ankake Sauce

  1. Drain the tofu.
  2. Cut the Japanese leek into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Grate the white radish.
  4. Put ingredients in a pot and heat it up.
  5. And then add Japanese leek, grated radish and tofu while crumbling it with your hands.
  6. When they are cooked through, thicken it by adding katakuriko dissolved in water.
  7. Done.
