Indonesian Vegetables (Gado Gado)

  1. Place blanched vegetables, lettuce and egg on a large platter.
  2. Combine sauce ingredients in a small saucepan, heat gently to avoid separation.
  3. Pour sauce over vegetables and egg, sprinkle with shredded coconut and serve.
