Broiled Salmon With Hazelnut Butter Recipe

  1. Prepare Hazelnut Butter.
  2. Set oven control to broil.
  3. Grease shallow roasting pan or possibly jelly-roll pan, 15 1/2- by 10 1/2- by 1-inch.
  4. Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper.
  5. Place in pan.
  6. Broil fish with tops 4 to 6 inches from heat 4 min; turn and spread each fillet with about 1 Tbsp.
  7. Hazelnut Butter.
  8. Broil till fish flakes easily with fork, 4 to 8 min.
