Broiled Salmon With Hazelnut Butter Recipe
- Hazelnut Butter (see recipe)
- 4 x salmon fillets - (1 to 1 1/2 lbs)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- Prepare Hazelnut Butter.
- Set oven control to broil.
- Grease shallow roasting pan or possibly jelly-roll pan, 15 1/2- by 10 1/2- by 1-inch.
- Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper.
- Place in pan.
- Broil fish with tops 4 to 6 inches from heat 4 min; turn and spread each fillet with about 1 Tbsp.
- Hazelnut Butter.
- Broil till fish flakes easily with fork, 4 to 8 min.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
