Chicken With Lime and Avocado Salsa

  1. Preheat a grill pan over high heat.
  2. Coat chicken with 2 tablespoons olive oil and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Add to grill pan; cook 2-3 minutes each side or until no pink remains.
  4. Meanwhile, in large bowl combine avocados, tomato, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, and remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve with chicken.
  7. Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges.
