Pork Chop Suey Recipe

  1. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.
  2. Brown in 10 inch skillet.
  3. Sprinkle with flour and add in water, bouillon and soy sauce.
  4. Simmer slowly about 30 min or possibly till meat is tender.
  5. Add in onions, celery and mushrooms.
  6. Simmer for 30 min longer or possibly till vegetables are tender.
  7. Serve with chow mein noodles or possibly rice.
  8. 6 large servings.
