Easy Turkey Burgers & Crispy Fries
- 12 oz. (1/2 of 24-oz. pkg.) ORE-IDA GOLDEN CRINKLES
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup ORE-IDA Chopped Onions
- 1/4 cup LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 sandwich rolls, split, toasted
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 3 red onion slices (1/4 inch thick), separated into rings
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F and greased grill to medium hea
- Bake fries in oven as directed on package.
- After about 10 min., mix remaining ingredients just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
- Grill turkey patties 5 to 6 min.
- on each side until done (165 degrees F).
- Fill rolls with lettuce, burgers and onions.
- Serve with fries.
