Mary Buford's Turkey Ball Recipe

• 8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese
• 1 c. minced turkey (cooked)
• 3/4 c. toasted minced almonds
• 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp. chutney relish
• 1 tbsp. curry pwdr
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

1. Mix all together and form into ball.
2. Roll in minced parsley.
