Slow Cooker Cantonese Sweet And Sour Pork

  1. Place pork strips in crockpot.
  2. Add green pepper and sliced onion.
  3. In bowl, mix brown sugar and cornstarch.
  4. Add 1 cup reserved pineapple juice, the vinegar, water, soy sauce and salt; blend until smooth.
  5. Pour over meat and vegetables.
  6. Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 9 hours.
  7. One hour before serving, add pineapple chunks; stir into meat and sauce.
  8. Serve over chow mein noodles.
  9. Serves 4 to 6.
