Stir Fried Baby Scallops and Asparagus with Butter and Soy Sauce
- 16 Baby scallops
- 4 spears Asparagus
- 2 tbsp White wine or sake
- 1 Butter
- 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 dash Vegetable oil
- Boil the asparagus briefly so that it's still crisp, and cur diagonally into pieces.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and put inthe scallops.
- When they are cooked a bit, add the white wine (or sake), put on a lid and seam-cook them.
- Add the asparagus while there's still a little wine left in te pan.
- Add the butter and soy sauce, coat the scallops and asparagus with them and serve.
