Aunt Ernestines Oriental Salad
- 1 small head green cabbage (shredded)
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 (3 ounce) package slivered almonds, toasted
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 (3 ounce) package beef-flavor ramen noodles
- 12 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon sugar
- Shred cabbage.
- Toast sesame seeds and almonds.
- Break noodles uncooked into little pieces.
- Chopp green onions.
- Toss together.
- Mix dressing.
- Just before serving add dressing:.
