Chocolate Orange Silk Pie

  1. preheat oven to 375F Stir together sugar, cocoa, and salt.
  2. Stir in zest, juice and milk and mix thoroughly.
  3. Microwave on high.
  4. 2 minutes.
  5. Sugar should have dissolved and mix bubbles.
  6. Should be syrupy.
  7. Add gelatin to hot mix.
  8. Stir until dissolved completely.
  9. In food processor process tofu until smooth.
  10. Pour in bowl and stir in cocoa mix and vanilla.
  11. Pour into cooled pie crusts and refrigerate until set.
  12. 2 to 3 hours.
