4 Bean Bake Recipe
- 2 can Butter beans, (15 ounce.)
- 1 can Green limas, (15 ounce.)
- 1 can Red kidney beans, (15 ounce.)
- 1 can Baked beans, (27 ounce.)
- 8 slc Bacon
- 4 lrg Onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. Vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar, (1/2 to 1)
- 1 tsp Dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- Fry bacon till crisp and remove from skillet.
- Saute/fry onions in bacon fat.
- Add in vinegar, salt, sugar, mustard and garlic pwdr.
- Cover and cook 20 min.
- Drain butter beans, green limas and kidney beans.
- Combine all beans and pour onion mix over.
- Mix gently.
- Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered.
