Vinaigrette / Vinegret Russian Beet & Herring Salad

  1. Boil the beets, potatoes & beets.
  2. Slice the beets, potatoes, carrots.
  3. Slice the onion.
  4. cut up the pickles & herring into one inch pieces
  5. mix all ingredients.
  6. Can be stored for 4 days in the fridge.
  7. Serve with a good pumpernickel bread.
