Roasted onions and pork

  1. Preheat oven 425 Fahrenheit
  2. Put pork into a roaster.
  3. Take a pan add some oil and spices, except the cilantro, to oil and heat till garlic is goldening
  4. Add spiced oil to the pork
  5. Slice your celery and onion.
  6. Add to pork.
  7. Add cilantro.
  8. Add the Chinese black vinegar and water.
  9. Add the margarine to the top of onions and celery.
  10. Cook till done.
  11. 1 hour covered, remove the two anise pods,1 hour uncovered.
  12. Remove the meat from roaster.
  13. Heat juices.
  14. Add Xanthan gum to juices to thicken.
  15. Let sit 10 minutes serve hope you enjoy!
  16. Add meat back to thickened juices
  17. Xanthan gum is a natural thickener/ binder.
