Mango Yogurt Smoothie
- 1 cup ice cube
- 1 large ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped or 1 cup frozen mango, thawed
- 14 cup Splenda granular, no calorie artificial sweetener
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 12 cup mango nectar or 12 cup orange juice
- 12 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 pinch salt
- Combine all ingredients in a blender in the order listed; process mixture until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
