5 Spice Bacon Wrapped Chicken

  1. Cover chicken with just enough oil to cover.
  2. Season with dried spices except salt and brown sugar.
  3. Marinate chicken for 4-48 hours.
  4. Whisk together soy and brown sugar.
  5. Marinate bacon for one hour.
  6. Dry off bacon.
  7. Wrap each breast with 3 slices of bacon.
  8. Bake at 350 for approximately 50 minutes or until thermometer reaches 165 and bacon is crispy and caramelized.
  9. Briefly place under the broiler to crisp bacon if necessary.
