Spinach Fandango

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Ground beef, drain.
  3. Add onions, mushrooms and spinach.
  4. In a large bowl, combine soup, rice, "very sour" sour cream, oregano, pepper, salt and garlic powder.
  5. Place 1/2 meat mixture in a 2 quart casserole dish.
  6. Sprinkel half of the mozzerella cheese, top with 1/2 of the rice mixture.
  7. Repeat and top with cheese again.
  8. Cook at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
