PHILADELPHIA 3-STEP Cheesecake Bars

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  2. Add eggs; mix until blended.
  3. Mix crumbs and butter; press into 8- or 9-inch baking pan that has been lined with foil.
  4. Pour cheesecake batter over crust.
  5. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
  6. Cool.
  7. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
  8. Cut into bars.
