Grilled Asparagus with Feta and Mint
- 1 lb. (450 g) fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Greek Feta Dressing
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh mint
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
- Grill asparagus 6 to 8 min.
- or until crisp-tender, turning and brushing occasionally with dressing.
- Place on serving plate; top with remaining ingredients.
