A Healthy Dessert Sweet Potato Dumplings
- 1 Asian sweet potato
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Butter
- Peel off the skin of the sweet potato.
- Slice into 1cm-thick round slices and soak in water for 15 minutes to remove any scum.
- Steam, boil, or soften the slices in the microwave.
- Then, place them in a bowl and mash them up.
- Add the katakuriko, honey and salt.
- Mix together.
- Form your dumplings into any shape.
- Heat some butter in a frying pan, brown both sides, and they're done!
