A Healthy Dessert Sweet Potato Dumplings

  1. Peel off the skin of the sweet potato.
  2. Slice into 1cm-thick round slices and soak in water for 15 minutes to remove any scum.
  3. Steam, boil, or soften the slices in the microwave.
  4. Then, place them in a bowl and mash them up.
  5. Add the katakuriko, honey and salt.
  6. Mix together.
  7. Form your dumplings into any shape.
  8. Heat some butter in a frying pan, brown both sides, and they're done!
