Rice Pudding

  1. Put all ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. If the milk does not cover the rice, add more.
  3. Cook over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, till it boils.
  4. Cook and stir about 1 minute, until the milk is mostly absorbed.
  5. Serve warm or cold.
  6. For a dessert, top this with freshly whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
