Angel Crisp Cookies Recipe

• 1 c. brown sugar
• 1 c. white sugar
• 1 c. lard
• 1 c. butter
• 2 x Large eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp cream of tartar
• 4 c. flour

1. Roll in balls.
2. Dip balls in cool water; then dip in white sugar.
3. Flatten and bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 min.
