Mock Sour Cream for Slow Cooking

• 1 cup cream-style cottage cheese or 1 cup cream cheese
• 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of onion soup
• 1 -2 tablespoon lemon juice

1. Blend ingredients until smooth in blender, food processor, or mixer.
