PARMESAN PANKO CHICKEN TENDERS

  1. Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
  2. Place eggs in a shallow bowl
  3. Combine panko and cheese in another shallow bowl
  4. Dip chicken in the eggs, then dip them in the panko cheese mixture (cover chicken well)
  5. Heat the oil in a skillet over med heat and cook until browned and done
  6. Sprinkle with parsley and serve
