Tangy Curried Chicken
- 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Sandwich Spread
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
- 4 boneless chicken thighs (1 lb.)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- Mix sandwich spread, lemon juice, curry powder and pepper; pour over chicken in shallow dish.
- Turn chicken to evenly coat both sides; set aside.
- Cook and stir onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 minutes or until tender.
- Add chicken; cook 8 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through.
