Lasagna In A Bun
- 8 sub buns
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. spaghetti sauce
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Cut thin slices off tops of buns.
- Hollow out centers, leaving 1/4-inch thick shells.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef; drain.
- Add spaghetti sauce, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until heated through.
- Meanwhile, combine Parmesan, half of Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese; mix well.tpoon meat sauce into buns; top with cheese mixture.
- Place on baking sheet and cover loosely with foil.take at 350u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Uncover; sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella.
- Return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes or until the cheese melts.
