Salmon Meuniere with a Simple and Colorful Vegetable Sauce
- 2 pieces Raw salmon
- 1 Plain flour
- 1 Butter
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cucumber Cucumber
- 1/2 Red bell pepper
- Coat the salmon in flour.
- Cook the salmon in a preheated pan coated with oil.
- Once one side has turned golden brown, add butter to taste, flip the salmon over, and cook until it has cooked all the way through to the center.
- Prepare the sauce while the salmon is cooking.
- First, finely chop the cucumber and paprika peppers, and lightly squeeze out the water.
- Add , soy sauce, and mayonnaise, and mix thoroughly together.
- Put it on top of the cooked salmon and it is done!
- I use the leftover vegetable sauce the next day in bentos as a side dish.
