Chicken Breast Stuffed with Sausage and Swiss Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Brown sausage in a pan and drain off the fat and let cool a little.
  3. Flatten out the chicken breast and place one slice of cheese on each one.
  4. Spoon 1/6 of the browned sausage on each breast.
  5. Fold each breast tight so that the cheese will not run out when melted.
  6. Place in a baking dish face up.
  7. Bake for 30-45 minutes.
