Chicken Breast Stuffed with Sausage and Swiss Cheese
- 1 lb. breakfast sausage, casings removed
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 6 slices swiss cheese
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Brown sausage in a pan and drain off the fat and let cool a little.
- Flatten out the chicken breast and place one slice of cheese on each one.
- Spoon 1/6 of the browned sausage on each breast.
- Fold each breast tight so that the cheese will not run out when melted.
- Place in a baking dish face up.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes.
