Make-Ahead Tiramisu

  1. Stir coffee granules into boiling water until dissolved.
  2. Cover bottom of 8-inch square dish with 16 wafers.
  3. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp.
  4. coffee.
  5. Add 2 Tbsp.
  6. of the remaining coffee gradually to reduced-fat cream cheese in medium bowl, beating with whisk until blended.
  7. Add sugar; mix well.
  8. Stir in COOL WHIP; spoon half over wafers in dish.
  9. Cover with remaining wafers.
  10. Drizzle with remaining coffee; top with remaining cream cheese mixture.
  11. Refrigerate overnight.
  12. Top with raspberries just before serving; sprinkle with cocoa powder.
