Grilled Hoisen BBQ Chicken
- 5 cup Hoisen sauce
- 2 cup Siracha
- 1 cup ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 cup Sesame OIL
- 1/4 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 10 lb boneless chicken thighs no skins
- 1) how to make ginger and garlic paste,
- 2)1/2 cup chopped ginger and 1/2cup chopped garlic ,and 2 tablespoon water then puree in the blender.
- Mix all Ingredient and set a side.
- clean and remove chicken fat and skins
- Use 1/2 of the chicken marinate,then marinate chicken thighs for about 30 minutes,
- grill chicken until done.
- when chicken is done ,toss chicken in leftover sauce then serve with white rice.
