Hoosier Sugar Cream Pie Recipe
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Unbaked pie shell
- Blend together sugar, flour, and salt.
- Stir in cream, vanilla, and butter.
- Pour thoroughly beaten mix into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake 10 min at 450 degrees and then at 325 degrees for 35 min.
