Chinese Take-Out Lemon Chicken

  1. Mix dry gelatin mix and cornstarch in small bowl.
  2. Add broth, dressing and garlic; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  3. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  4. Add chicken; cook 4 min.
  5. or until done, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add snow peas and peppers; cook and stir 2 min.
  7. Stir gelatin mixture; add to ingredients in skillet.
  8. Cook on medium heat 3 min.
  9. or until sauce is thickened, stirring frequently.
  10. Serve over rice.
