Potato Alfredo

  1. Pre-heat over to 400.
  2. Clean and slice (peel if you want) all the potatoes.
  3. In a large bowl mix the potatoes, 1 cup cheese and sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour into your favorite casserole dish.
  5. Mix 1 cup Parmesan and bread crumbs together.
  6. Top the potatoes with this mix (I like mine with a nice thick layer of topping)
  7. cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
  8. Uncover and test the potatoes for tenderness.
  9. If almost there, leave foil off and finish baking.
  10. ENJOY!
