Easy, quick rise bread

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl
  2. Stir in water.
  3. The dough will be sticky.
  4. Knead dough, adding flour by increments until dough is smooth, no longer sticky and forms a large ball.
  5. Let dough rest in a well oiled bowl, covered with a damp towel for 30 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile preheat oven to 400
  7. Form a large ball with the dough and put on greased baking sheet.
  8. Sprinkle with flour and make long incisions in the surface of the dough in the shape of an X
  9. Bake for 40 minutes
