Three Day Brisket Recipe
- Brisket (1/2 pound per person)
- Salt
- Garlic pwdr
- Pepper
- 1/2 bottle Liquid Smoke
- B-B-Q sauce
- Heavy duty foil
- 1st day: Place brisket in heavy duty foil in large rectangular pan.
- Salt lightly; pepper well; use scant amount garlic pwdr.
- Pour 1/2 bottle Liquid Smoke over brisket.
- Seal and chill for 24 hrs.
- 2nd day: Cook sealed brisket for 4 hrs at 250-275 degrees.
- Cold, open, pour off all juice, cut off fat layer.
- Slice.
- Add in as much B-B-Q sauce as desired.
- Chill or possibly freeze.
- 3rd day (or possibly day of serving) : Heat sealed (thawed) brisket at 300 degrees for 30-45 min.
- Serve B-B-Q sauce on the side.
