Waldorf Coleslaw Recipe

  1. Wash, peel apples.
  2. Cut into 1/2 inch chunks.
  3. Toss with lemon juice, cabbage, celery and nuts.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients and toss with apple mix.
  5. Season to taste with salt.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Serves 6.
  8. If you like you can shred cabbage early in the day and put in tightly covered dish in refrigerator till ready to use.
