Slow-Cooker Chicken Legs & Thighs Cacciatore

  1. Place chicken in slow cooker; top with fresh vegetables.
  2. Mix tomatoes and dressing mix; pour over vegetables.
  3. Cover with lid.
  4. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours).
  5. Serve over rice.
