Crispy Ginger Chicken And Peaches(Makes 6 Servings)

  1. Cut chicken into 6 serving size pieces.

  3. Dip chicken into milk; coat with cornmeal mixture.
  4. Place, skin side up, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
