Creamy Salmon and Sourdough Salad
- 3 thick slices sourdough bread, torn into rough chunks
- garlic olive oil spray
- 1 baby cos lettuce
- 300g cooked smoked salmon steak, coarsely flaked
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 continental cucumber, sliced
- 1 bunch watercress
- 1/3 cup KRAFT* Caesar Dressing
- SPRAY the bread with oil and bake in a moderate oven 180oC for 6-8 minutes or until golden.
- ARANGE lettuce, salmon, avocado, cucumber, cress and bread on a large serving platter then drizzle with the dressing.
- Serve immediately.
