Creamy Salmon and Sourdough Salad

  1. SPRAY the bread with oil and bake in a moderate oven 180oC for 6-8 minutes or until golden.
  2. ARANGE lettuce, salmon, avocado, cucumber, cress and bread on a large serving platter then drizzle with the dressing.
  3. Serve immediately.
